What are you going to do?

As a Senior Sales Manager, you are responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic partner relationships across Europe.

You operate at a senior level and have a direct impact on revenue growth, margin development, and the overall commercial strategy within your segment.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with industrial partners;

  • Developing and executing growth strategies with measurable business outcomes;

  • Achieving revenue and pipeline targets;

  • Leading commercial negotiations at a senior level;

  • Developing and executing joint business plans with partners;

  • Monitoring and improving partner performance and commercial results;

  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders across Europe and Asia;

  • Identifying commercial opportunities and risks;

  • Representing the company in strategic meetings and industry discussions;

  • Ensuring compliance with commercial agreements and internal governance.

You are fully responsible for your partner portfolio and drive sustainable growth and strong collaborations.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced and strategically strong commercial professional who is comfortable operating at a senior level.

You are diplomatic, results-driven, and capable of managing and growing complex commercial relationships.

You recognize yourself in the following profile:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering;

  • An MBA or equivalent qualification is a strong advantage;

  • You have at least 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or technical sectors;

  • Formal project management training or certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) advantageous

  • You have experience managing strategic partner relationships across Europe;

  • You are strong in negotiation and stakeholder management;

  • You have experience with international collaboration and preferably Asian supply chains;

  • You are fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus;

  • You have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills;

  • You are an effective communicator and influencer;

  • You are willing to travel frequent within Europe and occasionally to Asia;

  • You are flexible and comfortable working in an international environment.
